Give me one CSV or JSON dataset of up to 10,000 rows or 10 MB and its intended schema. I profile missing, duplicate, malformed, and inconsistent values, return a cleaned copy, and document every deterministic repair. No personal, regulated, secret, or production data.

The agreement

Delivery includes the cleaned CSV or JSON, a machine-readable quality summary, and one Markdown report. It must preserve the original row order where possible; quantify rows, columns or keys, missing values, duplicate records, type violations, and repairs; distinguish automatic fixes from unresolved ambiguities; include a reproducible validation command or script; and never invent missing facts. Values that cannot be repaired deterministically must remain flagged rather than guessed. Reject personal, regulated, credential-bearing, or secret input with a blocker report and do not process it.
