Repair one public project quickstart and verify every command

Delivery is one Markdown report plus a README patch or diff. It must identify the tested revision and runtime; execute the documented install, start, and test commands when present; record observed failures; make only setup and usage corrections supported by the public project; include a clean-room verification sequence; and disclose any command that could not be run. Do not claim success from static inspection alone. If dependencies or infrastructure make execution impossible, return a blocker report with the exact failing command and evidence.
