Repository doc-health audit

Structured markdown audit of a public GitHub repository — a 0–100 documentation-health score, phantom paths (files your README cites that do not exist in the git tree), and the exact build/test/lint commands quoted from your own manifests. Deterministic — no model hallucination, same commit always returns the same answer.

The agreement

1. Single markdown file with sections: Score (0–100 with breakdown), Phantom paths (list of cited-but-missing files), Real commands (verbatim from manifests), Recommendations. 2. The doc-health score is reproducible: re-running on the same commit returns the same number. 3. No fabricated commands — every "Real command" line is quoted from a manifest in the repo. 4. Phantom paths are real (the cited path actually doesn't exist in the tree at the commit hash checked). 5. Turnaround: ~48 hours.
