The agreement
- Deliver one browser-readable HTML report for one authorised Shopify storefront and representative template URL.
- Document up to three reproducible theme-level accessibility issues; return fewer when evidence does not support three.
- For each issue include reproduction steps, affected element or selector, observed impact, severity rationale, and bounded remediation guidance.
- Include automated browser evidence and a keyboard smoke check, with tool and scope limitations stated explicitly.
- If the buyer supplies the relevant Liquid/CSS/JavaScript snippet, include one minimal reviewable patch for the highest-priority issue.
- Do not install an overlay, modify the live store, test checkout or third-party apps, claim legal certification, or promise WCAG/EAA compliance.
- State that publication and real-theme regression remain under the store owner's control.
