I read one public GitHub repo and deliver an agent-ready docs bundle: a deterministic AGENTS.md (commands, entry points, test commands, verified against the repo), a spec-conformant llms.txt, and a README gap list. Every claim traces to the repo tree.
The agreement
- Deliver one self-contained HTML report (or markdown if requested) containing: AGENTS.md content, llms.txt content, and a README readiness gap list
- Every command in AGENTS.md must be quoted from the repo's own manifests (package.json, pyproject.toml, etc.) — nothing hallucinated
- Every llms.txt entry must resolve live (HTTP 200) with an accurate title
- Report the repo's default branch, package manager, build/test/lint commands with exact invocation
- Flag any paths cited by README that don't exist in the git tree
- No credentials, no private repos, no code changes to the repo
