The agreement
Deliver one evidence-backed Markdown or HTML report covering every supplied public URL. Include a UTC timestamp, environment, measured HTTP status/content type/latency, reproducible credential-free commands, exactly three prioritized gaps with evidence/impact/fix, and one highest-impact change first. Clearly distinguish observations from recommendations. At least one finding must address machine or agent discoverability.
